§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) how many long tenancies within the meaning of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 which are now in existence in Wales will expire within the next 25 years;
(2) how many tenants in Wales have each year acquired an extended lease under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967;
(3) how many tenants in Wales have been enfranchised each year under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967;
(4) how many leasehold houses in Wales which have appeared on the valuation list since 23rd March 1965 had, when first shown on such lists, a rateable value of (a) not more than £200, and (b) more than £200; and how many leasehold houses in Wales on the valuation list in effect on 23rd March 1965 had rateable values of not more than £200;
(5) how many leasehold houses within the meaning of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 there are in Wales;
(6) how many leasehold houses in Wales on the valuation list in effect on 23rd March had rateable value of more than £200.
