asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will publish a comprehensive memorandum for British exporters setting out, for each export market, respectively, the extent to which it is, and is not, in accordance with the policy of Her Majesty's Government for them to seek to maximise orders for British products.

The development of the facilities available from the Export Credits Guarantee Department is a continuous process in which I take a close interest. Their extensive range is generally acknowledged among British exporters.
