§ Mr. John MorrisThere have recently been delays in making payments to dispensing doctors, due to a shortage of trained staff and the introduction of new procedures. The procedural difficulties have now been overcome and every effort continues to be made to recruit and train staff. I shall keep a close watch on progress.
