§ Mr. Gwilym Robertsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he can now make a statement on his policy regarding taking steps to control ground rents of caravan and mobile home sites, following his talks with the National Mobile Home Residents Association, the National Federation of Site Operators and the National Caravan Council.
§ Mr. KaufmanI understand that considerable further progress was made at the meeting held on 30th May between the National Mobile Homes Residents' Association, the National Federation of Site Operators and the National Caravan Council, and the drafting of a model agreement is going ahead on a fully agreed basis. We will examine such an agreement carefully to see what course of action would now be most helpful.
