§ Mr. Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services which abortion clinics within the constituency of the hon. Member for Macclesfield have been included in her Department's programme of inspection of approved nursing homes.
§ Dr. OwenAll nursing homes approved by my right hon. Friend under the Abortion Act are subject to inspection without notice. There are no such places in the hon. Member's constituency.
