§ Mr. ArmstrongBetween 1970 and 1972 information was collected about pre-1903 primary schools in need of improvement or replacement, but a substantial number of the schools concerned have since been improved or replaced. For secondary schools my Department has collected information only about those in most urgent need of improvement or replacement.
