§ Mr. Rifkindasked the Secretary of State for Employment what is his forecast of the effect on employment the increase in regional employment premium will have on those areas of Scotland which do not have development area status.
§ Mr. BoothI cannot make any firm forecasts but I would not expect the effects to be substantial. These areas will, of course, benefit from other measures in the full package announced by the Chancellor.
