§ Mr. Gerry FowlerI do not know the annual fee payable by students to the National Union of Students. Mandatory grants include the cost of membership of a student union where this is compulsory. If the union is affiliated to the National Union of Students, some part of this subscription may be passed on, but I do not know how much, as the Department is not concerned in its calculation.
