§ Mr. Ancramasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what steps he intends to take to ensure equal competition for United Kingdom horticultural growers with countries other than those within the European Community.
§ Mr. BishopProtection against imports of horticultural produce from third countries is provided primarily by the tariff. Other measures against imports at unduly low prices include special Community safeguards. My right hon. Friend has no plans for further action.
