Mr. Robert Cooke

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will now fulfil his undertaking in the House on Wednesday 24th July to make a statement on the future development of cable television and local radio and in particular the local radio stations for Bradford, Wolverhampton, Ipswich, Reading, Portsmouth and Belfast.
