Mr. Nigel Lawson

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is her estimate of the number of persons in Great Britain under the age of 16 who are very severely, severely or appreciably handicapped, using the same definition of these terms as those used by Amelia Harris in "Handicapped and Impaired in Great Britain", Social Survey Division, Office of Population Censuses and Surveys.
