asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what action he is taking to ensure that the cost of living with the falling costs of industry's raw materials is reduced in relation to the reduced cost of imported raw materials.

The Price Commission has reminded companies of the requirement under the Price Code to reduce prices if raw material costs fall.
