asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will make a statement about the publication of the census of distribution.

Mr. Deakins

The first of a series of articles giving the final results of the Census of Distribution for 1971 will be published inTrade and Industry on 22nd August, pending the publication later of Volume 1 of the Census Report. My right hon. Friend is sending my hon. Friend a copy of a summary table which will appear in this article.
