§ Mr. OakesThis matter has been considered by my Department's Standing Committee on Research into Refuse Collection, Storage and Disposal and is referred to in paragraph 58 of its first 479W report, published on 15th May 1973. This will be discussed with the local authority associations and others at an appropriate moment and in the light of the implementation of the Control of Pollution Bill.
