asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what progress has been made by the Dobry Committee.

Mr. Oakes

Considerable progress has been made and discussions held with many interested parties and local authorities. Mr. Dobry expects to complete his final report by the end of the year. In addition, he will very shortly submit a special report on the control of demolition which will be published as soon as possible.
