Mr. Biggs-Davidsonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will issue a circular advising local authorities with housing estates outside their areas to consult the other authorities and all parties concerned in order to concert policy on the allocation of tenancies.
§ Mr. FreesonI hope that there will be continuing liaison and consultation between the local authorities concerned in the kind of situation referred to. If the hon. Member has a particular problem in mind I shall be glad to consider it if he will let me have details.
