§ 14. Dr. Glynasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will seek powers to ensure that a proportion of the staff at State schools is trained in first aid on the same lines required for factories.
§ Mr. ArmstrongAdvice on first aid is given in several of my Department's publications and it is for local education authorities to ensure that there are adequate arrangements in maintained schools for first aid to be given. I see no need to seek powers on this matter.
