HC Deb 23 July 1974 vol 877 c441W
Mr. John Moore

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will call in for special inquiry the planning application by Labour Party Properties Ltd. to develop a site in the Upper Richmond Road with an office content 40 per cent. more than the borough's normal guidelines.

Mr. John Silkin

I understand that outline planning permission to erect a small block of flats and offices—8,100 sq. ft. of offices—in Upper Richmond Road was granted by Wandsworth Borough Council on 13th June 1974. The area is allocated for office use in the development plan. Since planning permission has been granted, the question of calling in the application and holding a public inquiry does not arise.
