Mr. Blaker

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement about the degree of co-operation between the delegations of the EEC countries at the fourth UNCTAD meeting on the charter on the economic rights and duties of States recently held in Mexico.

Throughout the fourth session of the working group set up under the auspices of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development to draw up the text of a draft Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States there was the closest co-operation among the delegations of the States members of the European Communities represented at the session.
