§ Dr. OwenThe Kent Area Health Authority which is responsible in the first instance for the provision of health services in Medway tells me that it does not know of any specific shortcomings in the service it provides for the treatment of agoraphobia. If the hon. Member is aware of any perhaps she will let the authority know about them.
