§ Mr. CarmichaelThere are three major improvement schemes planned for the A38 trunk road between Derby and Lichfield. Those at Barton Turn and Alrewas will proceed as funds are available. An improvement at Hillards Cross is still in course of preparation; I cannot forecast when construction work will start.
