§ Sir P. Rawlinsonasked the Attorney-General upon what date (a) the Faulks Committee on Defamation and (b) the Phillimore Committee on Contempt of Court were, respectively, placed in the hands of Ministers; and when publication of these reports can be expected.
The Attorney-GeneralThe report of the Committee on Defamation has not yet been received. It is expected in the next few weeks and will be published as soon as possible thereafter.
The report of the Committee on Contempt of Court was received on 24th May. Publication is delayed by printing difficulties.
