§ Dr. SummerskillWe are inquiring into the possibility of an additive which would discourage this practice, and are in touch with the Department of Health and Social Security and with the Department of Education and Science. The latter Department warned of the dangers of "solvent sniffing" in the pamphlet "Drugs and the Schools" issued in 1972.
