§ Mr. MulleySeveral organisations which I have consulted about my proposal to make amending regulations have raised points on the conditions subject to which the driving of play-buses would be exempted from the licensing requirements for drivers of heavy goods vehicles. These need further consideration, but it is still my hope that it will be possible to make amending regulations in the reasonably near future.
