§ 50. Mr. Willeyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will include the Wellesley Community School extension and the extension to the hostel for adolescent girls, in the Sunderland 1974–75 capital building programme.
§ Dr. OwenI regret that limitations on capital expenditure would not allow this. However, the Department is preparing for issue as soon as possible lists of projects on which preliminary work may usefully proceed with a view to their receiving final approval in 1975–76, if resources permit, or as soon as possible thereafter.72W The projects referred to by my right hon. Friend will be considered for inclusion in these lists.
