§ Q17. Mr. Ovendenasked the Prime Minister whether he will make a statement on his recent meeting with the Prime Minister of Denmark.
§ The Prime MinisterI was very glad to meet Mr. Hartling in Brussels on 25th June, during the NATO Summit meeting. We had a most useful talk about economic problems, including the worldwide consequences of increased oil prices. We also reviewed progress in our renegotiations of the terms of British membership of the EEC, and discussed NATO and the European Security Conference.
