§ Mr. Farrasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will make a statement on the position of the speech therapy service in Leicestershire, Leicester city and Rutland since amalgamation on 1st April; and if she will now cause to be established the necessary management structure within the area, with appropriate salary scale, so that the reorganisation can be completed at the earliest possible date.
