§ Mr. ArmstrongThe basic hourly rate of pay for cooks employed in the school meals service outside London—converted where necessary to decimal currency and rounded to the nearest halfpenny—was in 1955 13½p, in 1960 17p, in 1965 21½p; and in 1974 is 63p.
