§ Mr. Donald Stewartasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will now introduce legislation for a substantial increase in the penalties for smuggling animals to avoid quarantine in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. BishopOrders will be made in due course to put into effect the increased penalties for animal smuggling and the other measures provided for by the Rabies Act 1974.
