asked the Secretary of St ate for the Environment what would be the cost of limiting the maximum percentage increase in the domestic rate for the year 1974–75 in the county of Cheshire to (a) 65 per cent., (b) 60 per cent., (c) 50 per cent., and (d) 30 per cent.
