asked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will publish the report and decision arising out of the public inquiry into the future sewerage of Fareham and South Hampshire.

The inspector's report on the public local inquiry which extended over 22 days was received only recently. The inquiry was into a planning application, a compulsory purchase order and the stopping up of diversion of footpaths. The decisions involve complex issues of law and merits. I shall issue these as soon as possible.
