§ Mr. Robert C. BrownI assume that the hon. Member is referring to extra flat-rate and extra graduated pension which can be earned by the deferment of retirement and the payment of contributions after minimum pension age. These arrangements will not be withdrawn when the flat-rate pensions are increased later this month.
