§ Mr. HealeyIt is not usual to provide full details of demand forecasts except at Budget time. But in general terms it now looks as though the rebound of stocks in the remainder of the year will be somewhat smaller than I expected in March. On the other hand it also looks as though the level of export demand may be somewhat higher.
