HC Deb 10 July 1974 vol 876 c478W
Mr. Hayhoe

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) how many organisations or others from whom he received representations for and against the opening of the Sunbury-Lightwater section of the M3 asked for their views to be kept confidential; how many of these were for and how many against; and what percentage they represented of the total number of representations;

(2) whether he will list separately those organisations and others from whom he received representations about the opening of the Sunbury-Lightwater section of the M3 and who did not ask for their views to be kept confidential, indicating those for and against the opening at the present time.

Mr. Carmichael

No. It is not the practice to list representations received.
