§ Mr. Martenasked the Secretary or State for Trade if he will set out in the OFFICIAL REPORT the revised negotiating mandates, agreed on 25th June, for negotiation with Spain, Israel and the Maghreb countries.
§ Mr. DeakinsNegotiating mandates for these countries have not yet been agreed. However, it is expected that in respect of Spain and Israel they provide for the progressive introduction of free trade in industrial goods together with a wide range of agricultural concessions; and for the Maghreb, free entry for their industrial goods, concessions on agricultural products, aid and social security measures.
