§ Dr. OwenA conference, arranged jointly by the Medical Research Council and the Multiple Schlerosis Society of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, which I welcome warmly, is to meet in October. Those invited have all had experience in research into multiple sclerosis. The value of dietary supplements will be discussed. Later this month the Advisory Committee on Borderline Substances will consider, with specialist advice, gluten-free and other substances in relation to multiple sclerosis.
