§ 31. Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether she will take steps to require the Attendance Allowance Board to enable claimants to be represented before it in appropriate cases.
§ Mr. Alfred MorrisAs my hon. and learned Friend knows, I have written asking that the Attendance Allowance Board review its procedures. The review is now in progress. It is hoped that the board's conclusions will be available by the autumn and it is not, therefore, appropriate for my right hon. Friend to take further steps in this matter at present.
