asked the Secretary of State for Employment what is his estimate of the average year-on-year percentage increase in the earnings of oil tanker drivers during 1974 resulting from the settlement negotiated for them by his Department; and if he will give full details of the terms of this settlement in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
