§ Mr. BishopSuch powers are already available in the Farm and Garden Chemicals Act 1967. However, as matters stand I see no reason to use them because, under the Pesticides Safety Precautions Scheme, labels for these containers already carry all necessary warnings and instructions for safe use as determined by the expert Advisory Committee on Pesticides and Other Toxic Chemicals.
