§ Mr. Skeetasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if there is any change in the attitude he expressed in answer to a Question on 5th April 1974 by the hon. Member for Bedford that he did not intend to mortgage future North Sea oil production, in view of the balance of payments deficit now anticipated for 1974.
