§ Q24. Mr. Guy Barnettasked the Prime Minister if he will seek to meet the Secretary General of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association to discuss the Government's policy towards the future of the association.
§ The Prime MinisterI attach great-importance to the rôle of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association in strengthening Commonwealth ties. It is our policy to support the association. If Sir Robin Vanderfelt has any points to raise with me I shall, of course, always be glad to see him.
