(3) how many agricultural tenancies were terminated in each of the last five years by the consent of the Agricultural Land Tribunal on the ground that greater hardship would be caused to the landlord by refusing the consent, than to the tenant;
(4) how many agricultural tenancies were terminated in each of the last five years by the consent of the Agricultural Land Tribunal on the ground that the landlord intended to use the land for a non-agricultural purpose not covered by Section 24(2)(b) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1948;
(5) how many agricultural tenancies were terminated in each of the last five years by the consent of the Agricultural Land Tribunal on the ground that it was desirable in the interests of good husbandry.
§ Mr. BishopThe following information relates to consents given by the eight agricultural land tribunals to the operation of notices to quit. I regret that I do not have any information on the number of tenancies actually terminated in consequence.
