§ Mr. CroslandNo. The local authorities involved in the redevelopment of London's docklands are co-operating with each other well. They have set up a statutory joint committee for the dock-lands on which they are all represented. One of the committee's aims is to speed up the implementation of this important project. I am keeping a careful watch on progress.
