HC Deb 02 July 1974 vol 876 c77W
Mr. Loveridge

asked the Secretary of State for Defence what advice was given to Malcolm Cousins, deceased, a member of the reserve forces who was killed on duty on 1st July 1971, regarding entitlement to benefit in the event of his death on peacetime exercises or training.

Mr. William Rodgers

Information about death benefits is contained in Territorial Army Volunteer Reserve Regulations, copies of which are held by all TAVR units and would have been available to Malcolm Cousins.
