§ Mr. Martenasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will make a statement on the agreement reached in 16W Luxembourg on 25th June on trade in the Mediterranean countries.
§ Mr. DeakinsThe Council of Foreign Ministers, at its meeting in Luxembourg on 25th June, agreed to resume negotiations with Spain, Israel and the Maghreb countries and to open negotiations with Malta on the basis of revised negotiating mandates. Some points of detail have still to be confirmed by the Committee of Permanent Representatives.
