§ Mr. Juddasked the Minister for Energy if he will make a statement on the coordination of the work of relevant Government Departments on research into alternative sources of energy and into less energy-intensive means of production.
§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThe Government have been involved in a range of research programmes into alternative energy sources and energy conservation. However, in the light of new developments the level and type of Government-sponsored research into energy is now being comprehensively reviewed.
