Mr. Kelleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will take into account the recommendations of the Yorkshire and Humberside Economic Planning Council, contained in its report, "Environmental Progress 1966–73", sections 5, 13, when future applications are being considered for new industrial development, or for the change of use of existing industrial plant, in the Doncaster area.
