§ Mr. Gordon CampbellLocal authorities have had their attention drawn to recommendations contained in a number of reports of sub-committees of the Scottish Housing Advisory Committee to the effect that they should seek to arrange, where appropriate, for transfers of tenants to achieve the best use of their housing stocks.
