§ Mrs. ThatcherIn conjunction with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for 365W Wales, and after consultation with my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Social Services and Employment, I have invited Mrs. Mary Warnock, Research Fellow in Philosophy at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford, to serve as chairman, and she has agreed to do so. I shall proceed with the appointment of members as soon as possible.
