§ Mr. NottThe Central Statistical Office has under review the action necessary to produce separate estimates relating to charities and other non-profit-making bodies. Substantial professional resources will be required to develop satisfactory methods of estimation without adding greatly to form-filling burdens, and there are many competing claims for the available resources. It may take some time, therefore, before reasonably reliable estimates can be compiled.
